Organisation Design Australia is a networking organisation for Organisation Design (OD) professionals. We host a variety of in-person events, from roundtables and conferences to lunches and dinners, so professionals can connect, learn and socialise with like-minded others.
Why we started this
Org design in Australia has plenty of practitioners and not enough places for them to talk to each other. We built Organisation Design Australia to close that gap: a network built on real practice, open to those doing the work who want to contribute to the conversation. Our flagship events connect, learn and socialise with like-minded others.
Amy & Eloise
Amy is an organisation designer by trade, running capability programs and workforce redesign consulting for organisations across Australia. Eloise is a recruiter specialising in organisation designers, working with leaders and job seekers across the field for years. Together, they founded Organisation Design Australia to give the profession a place to connect, learn and grow.
